Adam Janowski, a Hofstra men's soccer alumnus and former team captain, is in his fourth season of his second stint as a volunteer assistant coach with the Pride in 2023. Janowski, who was a volunteer assistant during 2013-14, works with the Pride's goalkeepers. Under his tutelage, Wessell Speel has been an all-region and All-Colonial Athletic Association selection in each of his first two seasons.

A December 2012 graduate of Hofstra with a degree in accounting, Janowski was a member of the Pride from 2008 through the 2012 season. He was the starting goalkeeper in 2012, posting an 8-5-3 record in 16 games with a 1.06 goals against average and 81 saves. He led the CAA in saves and saves per game (5.06), was third in save percentage (.818), and fifth in shutouts (5). 

Janowski has served as a volunteer coach at Adelphi University, and is the founder/director of the Long island Goalkeeper Academy. Since 2017, he has also served as director of operations and director of goalkeepers at the FC Barcelona- NY Pro Academy in Kings Park, New York. 

Outside of soccer, Janowski is also a member of the financial advisor support staff at Mutual, Inc. in Farmingville, New York, and is actively pursuing his securities examination and enrolled agent certification. 

Janowski earned a master's degree in tax law from Hofstra in 2014.
