Ajay Vyas is in his third season with the Rutgers men’s soccer program as the Director of Operations.

Prior to joining the Scarlet Knight staff, Vyas spent three seasons as the Director of Operations for the Santa Clara men’s soccer team. While with the Broncos, he was responsible for coordinating recruiting and travel logistics, in addition to working with the team’s budget and running the team’s social media accounts. He also planned the squad’s Denmark Foreign Tour in 2018.

During his time on the west coast, Vyas was also the Local Team Liaison Officer with Copa America Centario in 2016, coordinating needs for Team USA, Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Jamaica and Uruguay during their stay in the Bay Area.

Vyas also has experience working with the United States Soccer Federation as the Youth Team Coordinator for the U15 Boys Youth National Team Camp in Bradenton, Florida.

Earning his degree in Sports Management from St. John’s (N.Y.) in 2014, Vyas was the head team manager for the Red Storm men’s soccer team and worked as a member of the St. John’s Athletics event staff.
