Andrew Fletcher begins his role as an Assistant Athletic Director for Northeastern State effective August 2022. In this role, he will oversee all external affairs for the department, including corporate sponsorships, the All N Club, fundraising opportunities, marketing & promotions, and serving as a game administrator for RiverHawks home athletics events.

Fletch comes to NSU from Stilwell High School after serving the 2021-2022 academic year on the sideline as head coach for the girl's and boy's soccer teams and in the classroom teaching health & nutrition. As a coach, he led his teams to a 12-16 overall record, with the girls going 3-0 against 5A opponents and securing their best tournament result in over 6 years (3rd place) while the boy's teams defeated a 6A opponent (Tahlequah) for the first time in over 15 years. In addition, both teams ended the year with positive goal differentials (girls +6 / boys +1).

During his stint with SHS, Fletch developed and oversaw the SHS Soccer 100 Club increasing overall external fundraising. The 100 Club has become the primary fundraising arm for the SHS soccer programs. The Stilwell soccer logo – designed by Fletch - showcasing the teams has also increased brand awareness and community involvement.

Fletch spent 2017-2021 at Fort Lewis College, most recently serving as the assistant athletic director overseeing events and facilities for all 14 Skyhawks varsity sports. While at FLC, Fletch created and operated the first-ever snow removal processes on natural grass surfaces for athletic facilities, allowing spring sports to play more home events and creating a better student-athlete experience. He also implemented and executed plans for hosting the 2018 RMAC Men's Basketball Tournament as well as hosting FLC's inaugural Nike N7 Basketball Game, becoming the first NCAA Division II Nike N7 partner.

While not an NSU alum, Fletch takes pride in the history and impact Northeastern has had on his life, where both his paternal grandparents received their bachelor's and master's degrees in education. He also attended his first-ever college game at NSU, spending his 11th birthday at a men's soccer match.

He graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma, earning his bachelor's degree in Kinesiology in 2016 and obtaining a master's in Sports Administration in 2018 from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.

Fletch, a Cherokee Nation Citizen, currently resides in Prairie Grove, Arkansas with his wife Rachel and daughter Archer.
