Bailey Guffin became the new men's head soccer coach in July, 2023.

Gufin served as the head men's soccer coach at Oklahoma Panhandle State University in 2022 where he sported a 4-8-1 overall record during his one year at the helm.

He spent the previous two years at OPSU as the assistant coach of the men's soccer program. OPSU received votes in the national poll during the 2021 season as it went 10-3-3 overall (6-2-1 in conference play.

During the 2021 campaign, OPSU's Liam Pritchard was tabbed as an All-American after scoring a team-best nine goals. 

Bailey Guffin is one of those individuals.

After starting out as an unpaid student manager at Division I West Virginia University, Guffin climbed the ladder to become an assistant coach at NAIA Oklahoma Panhandle State University.

Prior to arriving in Goodwell, Okla., Guffin served as a graduate assistant at West Virginia University where he earned his bachelors and master's degrees in 2019 and 2021, respectively.

Guffin also interned with professional clubs D.C. United and West Ham United F.C.
