An outstanding coach with NCAA Division II and NAIA experience, Benjamin Jordon joined the Biola University Men's Soccer coaching staff in Summer 2022.

In his first year with the program, Jordon helped the Eagles to a historic season in 2022. Biola won their first PacWest Conference Title and advanced to the first round of the NCAA DII National Playoffs for the second consecutive year. The Eagles set a new program record in conference play after a sensational undefeated record of 7-0-3 and 8-4-6 overall record.

Jordon helped coach and develop two All-PacWest First Team selections, three First Team All-West Region selections and one Second Team All-West Region selection. That list included Kristian Colaci who was also the PacWest's Player of the Year and Izaac Zausch who was named the PacWest's Defender of the Year in 2022.

Before coming to Biola, Jordon was the Associate Head Coach at Westcliff University (NAIA) for three seasons. As the Associate Head Coach, he would help plan and execute training sessions. He would also assist in tactical preparation for games and facilitated all game day operations.

During his three seasons at Westcliff, Jordon helped coach the program to a 23-9-4 overall record. He also helped Westcliff to its best season in program history in 2021 where the Warriors qualified for the CalPac Conference Tournament and the team recorded its first-ever postseason win in their first-ever appearance in the conference tournament. In 2021, Westcliff picked up their first NAIA All-American, along with the CalPac Player of the Year and Defender of the Year awards.

Jordon is also the Program Director and Head Coach at Portola High School in Irvine and the Director of Coaching for Irvine Futbol Club (competitive youth soccer) also based in Irvine.

His college playing career was at NJCAA DI Meridian Community College (Mississippi), where he started in all 36 games for his first two seasons as Left back. His seasons included back-to-back Region 23 National Championship appearances.

Jordon is currently earning his master's degree in Coaching and Exercise Science from Concordia University Irvine. He earned his bachelors degree in finance and economics from Mississippi State University. Jordon also holds a USSF C license.

Jordon resides in Mission Viejo with his wife (Mai) and their daughter Emma.
