Brad Earnest joined the Forester coaching staff in 2023.

Priot to coming to Lake Forest, Earnest spent four years as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator at nearby Trinity International University. He is also a member of the Chicago Rush North Select coaching staff and spent six years as an assistant boys and girls soccer coach at Zion-Benton Township High School.

Earnest graduated from Trinity Internation in 2011 with a degree in physical education.

He holds his USSF B License, along with his USSF C License, 11 v 11 License, and United Soccer Coaches 4v4 Diploma.

Earnest lives in Zion, Illinois, with his wife Ady, and their children Mayah and Olivia.
