Brady Conner came to Adams State in 2011 where he played football through 2015. During this time, he was a 4-year starter as a tight end and fullback, while also playing multiple special teams positions for the Grizzlies. Conner studied exercise science during his undergraduate period at Adams State, receiving multiple academic accolades.

At the conclusion of his playing career Conner immediately took over the role of Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Adams State while receiving his Master’s Degree in Business Leadership. Conner held this position through fall of 2022 until accepting the role of Director of Strength & Conditioning prior to the ‘22 spring semester.

Under Conner the program uses evidence-based training modalities to provide optimal structural integrity, strength, power and speed outputs relative to each specific sport among the University. In addition, Conner administers all nutritional programming, conditioning, agility, mobility and coordination training. The program aims to increase athletic performance while simultaneously decreasing the likelihood of injuries.
