Brandon Misuraca was named the seventh Men's Soccer coach in program history in February of 2022, leading the team for their second season in 2023.

The Greyhounds showed massive improvement in the 2023 season, finishing 4-7-6 with a 2-3-4 conference standing. Misuraca brought the team within one victory of qualification of the Lone Star Conference Postseason Tournament, while elevating sophomore Felix Drizinsky to an All-LSC Second Team selection and Igancio Lopez an All-LSC Freshman Team selection. Additionally, four Greyhounds LSC Player of the Week honors (Drizinsky (twice), Nick Huenig, and Hugo Sacco). For academic awards, Matteo Azambuja, Mathieu Beuvain, and Ludwig Scherer all earned CSC Academic All-District honors.

In his first season with the Greyhounds, Misuraca steered the program to a 5-8-2 record, highlighted by a 1-0 victory in their first home game of the season against #8 Midwestern State. At the time, it is the programs third win against the Mustangs in 27 games.

In 11 seasons prior to joining ENMU, Misuraca has coached over 50 All-Conference, All-Region, and All-American honorees, and over 130 Academic All-Conference, All-Region, and All-American honorees. Additionally, Misuraca has recruited or coached student-athletes across six continents, has been part of two conference championship winning coaching staffs, and has made an NAIA National Tournament appearance.

Misuraca joined ENMU after a three seasons stint at Oklahoma Pan Handle State University. Misuraca was the Aggies first ever coach of the program, posting a winning season in their inaugural season in 2019 (9-6-2). During the 2020 campaign, played in the spring of 2021, OPSU finished 4-8-4. In his last season with the Aggies, Misuraca coached the team to a program record 10 wins, finishing with a 10-3-3 standing. Misuraca was responsible for all aspects of the program including: fundraising, academic monitoring, travel coordination, video analysis, and recruiting.

Prior to leading the Aggies program, Misuraca was the assistant coach for both the men’s and women’s programs at University of Houston-Victoria. With both programs, Misuraca coached over 25 All-Conference, All-Region, and national award winners. He helped the men’s program to their first appearance in the NAIA National Tournament in 2017. Misuraca also directed ID camps for the programs, which brought in over 300 prospective student-athletes.

Before joining Houston-Victoria, Misuraca coached at the University of the Cumberlands for three seasons. In his time with the Patriots, Misuraca guided day-to-day operations and coaching the reserve/development team. Misuraca also helped with the programs recruiting, travel coordination, community service projects, and opposition scouting.

Misuraca gained his first coaching experience as a volunteer assistant for the women’s soccer program at Missouri Baptist University. While in the coach’s dugout, Misuraca helped the team to four straight conference tournament appearances, along with producing 10 all-conference selections.

Misuraca has received coaching certifications from both Untied States Soccer Federation (USSF) and United Soccer Coaches. Misuraca has earned his National D License from the USSF and Goalkeeping Level I Diploma from United Soccer Coaches.

Misuraca earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management from Missouri Baptist University in 2014. Misuraca went on to pursue a Masters of Art in Teaching in Early Elementary Education at University of the Cumberlands in 2016.
