Chris Taborn joined the Hope College men's soccer coaching staff prior to the 2023 season and will primarily be working with the goalkeepers.

Taborn previously was the assistant coach at Olivet Nazarene University (2018-2020) and Davenport University (2020-2023). He also was the four-year starting goalkeeper at Olivet Nazarene under Coach Blahnik.

Originally from Matteson, Illinois, Taborn is the owner of the Tiger Goalkeeping Institute and the current Head of Goalkeeping for Midwest United FC. He holds a Sports Management degree from Olivet Nazarene.
