Colette Montgomery is entering her 6th year as the head coach for the NCU women's soccer program. 

Before joining the NCU coaching staff, Montgomery comes in with an extensive soccer experience spanning over many years. Montgomery played in her native country of England before moving to the United States in 2004. What began as a summer camp internship has since multiplied into coaching positions, leadership roles, and teaching opportunities in soccer around the state of Minnesota and throughout the United States. An at-large member of the US Club Soccer board of directors, Montgomery previously served as the director of coaching for Edina Soccer Club and is currently the director of training and development for Edina Soccer Association. She serves the soccer community as a grassroots instructor for US Soccer and is an associate state instructor for United Soccer Coaches. 

Montgomery possesses multiple coaching certifications and licenses, including the United Soccer Coaches premier diploma, national goalkeeping diploma, and director of coaching diploma. She has also earned the United States Soccer Federation's "B" license and national youth license. In addition to her qualifications, Montgomery is also a sought-after speaker and presenter about coaching and leadership. 

Colette is a co-founder of We Impact Sport Excellence (WISE), a leadership development program for female coaches in youth sports. She is also a member of Bethel’s Rock church board and attends the Apple Valley campus.
