Daniel Mühlbauer enters his first season as Director of Operations prior to the 2022 season. 

No stranger to Lipscomb, Mühlbauer comes back to campus after playing four seasons for the Purple and Gold. 

He was a mainstay defender for the Bisons from 2016-2019, playing in 62 matches in his career with 53 starting nods. As a center back, Mühlbauer scored one goal and totaled four assists during his time with the Bisons. Always a standout in the classroom, he was a three-time ASUN All-Conference Team member.

Mühlbauer was part of the 2017 squad that won the ASUN Tournament for the first time in program history and made the first NCAA Tournament appearance for the program. He was also a defensive mainstay on the 2018 squad that won the ASUN Regular Season, ASUN Tournament and advanced all the way to the NCAA Sweet 16. 

Mühlbauer is a 2020 graduate of Lipscomb University with an undergraduate degree in Finance and is currently studying for his Master of Business Administration.
