Francesca Harvey, MAT, LAT, ATC, joined the Barton College Athletic Training staff in August of 2020 as an Assistant Athletic Trainer and will oversee men’s soccer and men's and women's basketball and acrobatics and tumbling this year.  During the 2023-24 academic year, Harvey was elevated to Associate Athletic Trainer.

Harvey received her bachelor of science in athletic training from the University of Vermont in Burlington, Vermont.  During her time at Vermont, Harvey worked with the men’s basketball and men’s lacrosse and club sports teams (namely football and men’s rugby).  Additionally, Harvey worked with South Burlington and Colchester High Schools during her time in the state of Vermont.

Harvey then went on to Old Dominion University for her graduate assistantship where she worked with the sixteen club sports teams ranging from ice hockey to rugby to soccer, covering home games and tournaments, practices and a rehabilitation clinic.  Harvey received her master of science from ODU in athletic training.

Harvey is a native of Georgia, Vermont, and enjoys watching sports, baking and exploring the outdoors in her free time.
