James Faint is in his fourth season as an assistant on the Duquesne University men's soccer coaching staff.

Faint, who has served as the Youth Development Phases (YDP) head coach for Pittsburgh Hotspurs Classic Soccer Club since 2017, is also a regional coach for Bridge City as well as a coach for UK International Soccer. He also spent a year coaching at Shady Side Academy as well as three seasons assisting at Mt. Lebanon High School in suburban Pittsburgh.

Faint, who hails from Chester, England, played for Witton Albion (2011-14), Middlewich Town U23’s (2014-15) and Barnton FC (2015-16) in his native country. He holds a First Class Honours Degree (Football Coaching, Development & Administration) from the University of South Wales and has also earned UEFA B Senior and Youth Coaching Licenses as well as a FAW Level C Coaching License.
