Jordan Sullivan joined the men’s soccer coaching staff in 2022 as an assistant coach and became a full-time assistant in 2023.

Sullivan will assist with all aspects of the program for Nazareth including game and practice preparation, training, and management of the reserve team for the Golden Flyers.

He is currently the head coach of the Flower City Union professional team in Rochester that competes in the National Independent Soccer Association (NISL).

The native of London, United Kingdom played for Monroe Community College as well as Roberts Wesleyan College where he earned a degree in Business and Sports Management. Upon graduation, Jordan played for the Rochester Lancers indoor and outdoor men’s teams, and briefly for Flower City Union before becoming an assistant coach.

At the age of 16, he was the youngest coach in his class to receive a UEFA B Diploma (FA 1 & 2) and at 20 years old completed FA Level 3 coaching badge–one of the highest levels of coaching education in Europe. While in England, Jordan worked his way up from Assistant Coach to Head Coach for Queens Park Rangers Academy.

Sullivan spent years playing in the Southern League Premier Division and even competed in the FA Cup (the oldest national football competition in the world) during his five years at Hayes and Yeading United F.C.

Recently, he founded the Rochester Lancers Men’s UPSL team where he is the head coach, and also works on soliciting corporate sponsorships, developing marketing materials and program budgets.

Jordan currently resides in Rochester with his wife, Jordynn.
