Eastern Illinois

* Hired as 11th head coach in EIU men’s soccer program history in June of 2022

* Enters third season as head coach of EIU program for 2024 season

* Guided EIU into inaugural season in Ohio Valley Conference for men's soccer in 2023

* Team had three win improvement from previous season

* Won three matches in OVC regular season finishing sixth in OVC standings

* Coached team to OVC Tournament semifinal appearance with first round win over Liberty

* Coached one second team All-OVC performer

* Won first match as head coach at Eastern Illinois with a 1-0 win over Purdue Fort Wayne on Sept. 4, 2022

* Program would post ties during the season with Xavier, Western Illinois and Bradley

* Is entering fifth season overall on EIU coaching staff having served two years as an assistant coach from 2000-02

* Helped team post a .555 win percentage in those two seasons playing in the Missouri Valley Conference

* Coached team to back-to-back NAIA National Tournaments and Crossroads League Championships

* Twice named Crossroads League Coach of the Year

* Coached team to NAIA Top 25 rankings in both seasons

* Coached team to four MIAA playoff appearances including school’s first playoff appearance in 2014

* Coached TNT Dynamite SC in Midwest Regional League with two State Cup finalist appearances

* TNT Dynamite SC team featured future MLS player DeJuan Jones

* Coached CFC Panther SC in Central Illinois Youth Soccer League

* Played college soccer at Indiana Wesleyan and Monmouth College

* Helped lead Indiana Wesleyan to a Mid-Central College Conference Title, District Championship and Top 25 ranking

* Helped lead Monmouth College to first-ever Midwest Conference South Division Championship

* Was a team captain and MVP at Monmouth College

* Was a two-time All-Midwest Conference first-team selection, finished as third leading scorer in program history

* Bachelor’s degree from Monmouth College

* Master’s degree from Eastern Illinois University

* He and wife Jasmine are both alumni of Eastern Illinois
