The 2023 season will be Ihn's second on staff with the Britons. In his first season, he mentored four All-MIAA picks -- the most for the program in recent history. 

Ihn came to Albion College from Southwestern Christian University (OK), where he was an assistant men's soccer/goalkeeper coach.  Kyle was previously on staff at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay as a Goalkeeper coach in 2017. 

After a four year career as the Goalkeeper at UW-Green Bay, Kyle played professionally in the USL Championship for Energy FC (OK) and Reno 1868 FC (NV), in addition to stints with the Des Moines Menace (IA), Lansing Ignite (MI) and Kokomo Mantis (IN).

He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay (2017), double majoring in Business Administration and Psychology. Kyle possesses a United States Soccer Federation (USSF) D-License.
