Garcia joined the Bullet men's soccer staff in 2022 and returns for his second season in 2023.

A veteran coach, he has coached at various levels. The current head coach for the Baltimore Celtic 2006 and 2007 Girls West team, he has also coached in the Gettysburg Youth Soccer Club, Gettysburg and New Oxford Middle School boys' soccer programs, Fellowship of Christian Athletes (Maryland), and South Central PA Soccer Academy. He is also the former operations, marketing and technical intern for Loudon United FC of the USL Championship. He has coached at both the Gettysburg College and California (Pa.) high school team camps.

Garcia is currently a member of the Harrisburg Heat of the Major Arena Soccer League. He played collegiately at Division I Robert Morris and Division II California (Pa.). He also played for D.C. United U23's as well as trained with professional clubs in Honduras and Mexico, including Chivas of Guadalajara.
