Rob Fulcher comes to Campbell after two seasons as an assistant and goalkeeper coach at the University of Mount Olive. During his time with the Trojans, Fulcher helped the team to an 18-12-2 record and helped UMO reach the conference tournament semifinal in 2021. In 2022, Fulcher assisted in the coaching of Axel Engren to a second team all-conference honors. coached the Trojan’s GK, Axel Engren to a 2nd Team All Conference award.

Prior to joining UMO, Fulcher was stationed for 11 years in Stuttgart, Germany. During his time in Germany, he coached at the various levels of German soccer.  He was the head coach for multiple German youth teams as well as an assistant coach for lower league men's teams.

In the spring of 2017, Fulcher was hired as an assistant coach for 1 CfR Pforzheim, a German semi-professional team.  At the same time he also began working with both the U17 German national team and Mainz 05 at his goalkeeping school.

At 1CfR, Fulcher coached over a dozen national team players, former Bundesliga players and German junior national team players. In 2018, he coached against Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen in the first round of the DFB Pokal, losing 0-1 on a penalty kick.

Fulcher currently has a UEFA C license, via the Scottish Football Association (SFA), a SFA National GK license and an Advanced National GK Diploma from United Soccer Coaches Association.  He is currently working toward his Advanced National Diploma.
