Roberto Ignaccolo has been the head coach of the City College of New York men's soccer team and academic coordinator of the athletics department since the fall of 2007. Since joining the Beavers, Ignaccolo has coached several City University of New York Athletic Conference All-Stars and Player of the Years. In 2013, CCNY reached the CUNYAC Championship finals, with freshman goalkeeper Maxwell Berkow earning Conference Rookie of the Year honors.

Ignaccolo brings over 20 years of soccer experience to the CCNY Men's Program and puts an emphasis on being a complete student-athlete. He started his soccer career as a player for the University of Cincinnati.

Ignaccolo served as an assistant soccer coach for Montclair State University from 1996-2006. In his 10 seasons, the Red Hawks made three NCAA appearances including reaching the Sweet 16 once.

Prior to coaching at Montclair State, Ignaccolo was an assistant men's coach for Ramapo College from 1991-95. While there, he founded the women's soccer program in 1993 and became the head coach of the Lady Roadrunners.

Ignaccolo also takes part in various soccer organizations and leagues including the New Jersey Soccer Association, Champions League Soccer and the Real Wyckoff International Soccer League.
