Winning comes to Felician following a stint as men's head coach at Presentation College(S.D). He previously spent two seasons as an assistant coach at the University of Jamestown (N.D.) and is the current NPSL head coach of the semi-professional Dakota Fusion FC.  The Dundee, Scotland, native began his collegiate goalkeeping career at Union (Ky.) College, helping the Bulldogs to the 2016 Appalachian Athletic Conference title, before playing his final two seasons at Florida Southern College. Winning completed a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Florida Southern in 2020 and has completed his masters in business leadership at Jamestown in 2022. Among his duties, he will be launching a reserve team for the Golden Falcons. “A men’s soccer reserve side is a huge step for the Felician community,” said second-year head coach Brandon Levine. “Many student-athletes have to bide their time in the early years, and this addition will provide them much-needed game time as well as a more professional feel for our program. Samuel stood out from a strong applicant pool with his high-level goalkeeping playing and coaching experience. He has the ability and drive to propel our varsity to the upper echelons of Division II as well as establish a strong reserve program.”
