Stavros Zomopoulos was named the head men's soccer coach in January of 2021.

Coach Zomopoulos comes to Pratt after serving as the head men's soccer coach at Berkley College (USCAA) since 2009. During his time at Berkley, he led the Knights to the USCAA National Championship in 2019.  Along with the national championship, Coach Zomopoulos steered three teams to the semi-finals of the USCAA. The Knights achieved a USCAA top 4 national ranking three times and a top 10 ranking two times.

As part of the Hudson Valley Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (HVIAC), the Knights were even more dominant. Coach Zomopoulos won four HVIAC Championships and finished the season as regular season champions four times. In addition to winning on the field, Coach Zomopoulos also coached 17 USCAA Academic All-Americans and 10 USCAA All-Americans. 

Coach Zomopolous was the head men's soccer coach at John Jay School of Criminal Justice from 2006-2009.  He got his start as the assistant men's soccer coach at Borough of Manhattan Community College from 2004-2005, during which time the team reached the NJCAA Division 3 Men's Final Four. 

He currently coaches the Westchester Flames Team 2001's USL u17 and u19 teams.   Along with his work with the Westchester Flames, Coach Zomopoulos is the Director of Coaching for the NY Greek American Youth Program, where he was the coach from 2013-2017. During the 2013 and 2014 seasons his teams were ENYSASA Region I Amateur Cup Champions and in 2015 were USSF National Amateur Division 4 Finalists.In October 2018, Coach Zomopoulos received his USSF A-Senior License, which is only second to the USSF Pro, which is held by head coaches that have an MLS team. 

Mr. Zomopoulos is a graduate of Columbia University, where he played Division I soccer and won three Ivy League championships while also reaching the 1983 NCAA Division I Finals as a player.
