Tom Coulson is starting his first season as an assistant coach during the 2021 season. He was a four year starter for the Peacocks, playing from 2017 to the abbreviated 2020-2021 season.

During his senior season, Coulson appeared and started in all seven games for the Peacocks. He recorded one assist in the team's 3-2 win over Quinnipiac on March 29, 2019. He tallied seven shots on the year with 3 shots on goal. Coulson played a season-high 109 minutes against Iona on April 8, 2019. He was also named to the MAAC All-Academic Team.

Coulson appeared and started in 18 games for the Peacocks in his junior year. He was named to the All-MAAC Second Team as a midfielder. During the season, he tallied five goals and two assists, totaling 12 points on the season which stood as the third-most on the team. He scored the game-winning goal in the eventual 3-1 victory over Iona on Oct. 19, 2019. Coulson played a season-high 110 minutes in a double-overtime victory against Rider on Oct. 9, 2019. He was named MAAC Offensive Player of the Week on Oct. 21, 2019. He was also named to the MAAC All-Academic Team and the 2019 MAAC Men's Soccer All-Tournament Team.

During his sophomore season, Coulson made 18 starts and appearances for the Peacocks. He totaled four points on the year, scoring a goal and providing two assists against Canisius. He played a season-high of 110 minutes against Iona.

Coulson appeared in 13 games and made 11 starts during his freshman season. He registered two points with one goal against Canisius on Oct. 14th, 2017. He was named Saint Peter’s Male Iron Peacock award winner.
