Aaron Blanchard was named the Head Women's Soccer Coach before the 2023 season. He is also the Fitness Center Coordinator on campus.

In his time at Northland College before being named head coach, Blanchard was the assistant coach for both the Men's and Women's Soccer Teams from the summer of 2020 to the fall of 2022. 

Blanchard joined the Jack and Jills soccer coaching staff in the summer of 2020.  The UW-Superior graduate won two UMAC championships during his two years playing for the Yellowjackets.  Blanchard scored the game-winning goal against Augsburg in the first round of the NCAA tournament during his senior year as his squad advanced to the second round of the NCAA tournament for the first time in school history. Before his time at Superior, Blanchard was a starter for North Iowa Area Community College.

After completing a degree in exercise science, Blanchard started his coaching career at Cloquet high school as the head JV coach and varsity assistant.
