Allison Mack joined the MSU women's soccer staff in February 2024.

Mack arrives in East Lansing after a four-year stint as an assistant women’s soccer coach at North Dakota State, where she worked with the Bison in several facets including training and scouting while heavily assisting in the recruiting process. She also helped direct youth and elite summer camps while at NDSU.  

In four years at NDSU, Mack helped lead the Bison to their first Summit League Tournament appearance since 2018 with a first-round appearance in 2021. She aided in the development of three All-Summit League players, four Summit League All-Newcomer players, two Summit League All-Academic Team recipients and one United Soccer Coaches All-Region honoree. 

Before joining the Bison, Mack was an assistant coach at Division II Bloomsburg University in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, for three seasons. The Huskies made back-to-back NCAA Elite Eight appearances in 2018 and 2019 while earning Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) regular season titles in both seasons. Bloomsburg was ranked fifth nationally in 2018 and made PSAC tournament appearances in all three seasons of Mack’s tenure. 

Bloomsburg’s staff was named the Atlantic Regional Coaching Staff of the Year in 2018 and 2019. 

While coaching at NDSU, Mack also spent three years as an Age Group Coordinator and coach for the Tri-City United Soccer Club in Fargo.  

Mack played four years of Division I soccer at Binghamton University as a starting defender. She served as a team captain and made 62 starts in 69 career appearances, logging one goal and two assists. 

A native of Hanover, Pennsylvania, Mack graduated with a degree in psychology from Binghamton in 2017 and earned a Master of Exercise Science from Bloomsburg in 2019. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D in Health Nutrition from NDSU. Mack holds United Soccer Coaches National and USSF B licenses.
