Andrew Lankarge joined the Lander University Strength and Conditioning staff in August of 2021. He also serves as the primary strength coach for the Lander baseball, rugby, soccer, and softball teams.

Before coming to Lander University, Andrew spent the spring 2021 semester as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Muhlenberg College, working with nine athletic programs.

Andrew was a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach at Ithaca College, where he primarily worked with men's and women's swimming and diving, baseball, and softball. Andrew assisted the women's swimming and diving team in defending its Liberty League championship title during an undefeated 2019-20 season. He graduated with a Master of Science in Exercise and Sport Sciences from Ithaca in December 2020. 

Andrew has had Sports Performance internships at both Elon University and UMass Amherst, working with both Olympic sports and football programs.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from UMass in May 2019 and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist through the NSCA.
