Ashley St. Aubin is in her second season as UWL's assistant soccer coach and facilities and events coordinator for intercollegiate athletics in 2023-24.

The Eagles went 21-2-1 overall and 7-0 in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) in 2022, winning the conference regular season and tournament titles. It was UWL's sixth straight appearance in the WIAC Tournament Championship game. UWL earned an automatic bid to the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III Championships, defeating Greenville University (Ill.) in the opening round and Illinois Wesleyan University in the second round. The Eagles fell at Virginia Wesleyan University in the third round. 

The 21 wins in 2022 set a single-season school record, breaking the previous record of 20 in 2017.  UWL won 14 straight games in 2022, tying the school record in 2018.  The team also recorded 14 shutouts, tied for the most in school history set in 2017.

UWL finished ranked 13th in the final 2022 United Soccer Coaches Top-25 poll as well as on D3soccer.com. 

She arrived at UWL after serving as a graduate assistant coach at Frostburg State University (Md.) since 2020. St. Aubin helped lead the Bobcats to their two best NCAA Division II seasons in the Mountain East Conference. Frostburg State (Md.) improved from a 6-9 record in 2019 to a 6-1-2 mark in the shortened 2020 season. The Bobcats went 12-6-2 in 2021.   

She graduated Cum Laude from Augsburg University (Minn.) with her bachelor's degree in mathematics while minoring in business administration and economics. St. Aubin anticipates earning her master's degree in park, recreation and sport management from Frostburg State (Md.) in May 2022.

A member of the United Soccer Coaches 30 Under 30, St. Aubin played four years at Augsburg (Minn.), helping lead the Auggies to 59 wins and two appearances in the NCAA Division III Tournament.  She was a United Soccer Coaches three-time All-America selection (2017-19) and ended her career with 71 goals, 29 assists, and 173 points. She was named the 2017 Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Year and is the league's all-time leader in goals while being tied for the all-time lead in points.  St. Aubin was a student assistant for athletics at Augsburg (Minn.).

Other coaching experience includes the head coach for BV United from 2017-21 in Burnsville, Minnesota. St. Aubin was a Data Science Intern for Minnesota United FC.

She holds her National D and E licenses and will earn her C license in April 2022. St. Aubin also holds her United Soccer Coaches Special Topics Diploma, Sports Performance, her College Coach Development Certificate while currently working on her Advanced National Diploma.
