A former team captain for the Wisconsin women's soccer program, Becca Harrison is entering her second year with the Badgers. 

In her first season on the staff, the Badgers posted an 11-5-3 record and went 6-3-1 in Big Ten games. Emma Jaskaniec was named the Big Ten Midfielder of the Year, while Natalie Viggiano joined Jaskaniec on the All-Big Ten Team, was additionally drafted into the NWSL by the OL Reign in January.

Harrison joined the Badgers with coaching experience at the club and high school levels, serving as a group director and coach with the Fusion Soccer Club in Plymouth, Minnesota, and also as an assistant coach at St. Louis Park High School. 

Harrison, who hails from Valencia, California, played midfielder under Wilkins from 2014-17 and served as captain of the Badgers her senior season.

During her playing career in Madison, Harrison received the Big Ten Sportsmanship award in 2017 and was named to the Big Ten's All-Academic Team all four years. A member of two BIg Ten title teams at UW, she graduated in 2018 with a degree in neurobiology. 

Harrison also has experience working as an educational support professional at Maple Grove Middle School and as a concussion research specialist at UW-Madison.
