Beth Lazarus serves as a sports performance coach for women's soccer, softball and rowing at Villanova, a position she's held since the summer of 2023.

Prior to joining the Wildcats, Lazarus was a graduate assistant of strength and conditioning at Boston University, where she held the role of S&C coach for the field hockey and softball teams.

From 2017-21, Beth was an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Harvard University, where she worked with a variety of sports.

Lazarus graduated with an undergraduate degree in health science from Boston University in 2016, then earned a Master of Education in Applied Human Development with a specialization in coaching from BU in 2023. Beth is certified through the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association, National Strength and Conditioning Association and USA Weightlifting, and won the CSCCa's Lance Vermeil Award winner, given to individuals with "tremendous potential and inclination" for the S&C profession.
