Bob Meals enters his sixth season as an assistant coach with the women's soccer program.

Meals joins the Beacons staff after a standout career at the club level. He currently serves as the Northeast National Premier League (NPL) Director for Scorpions Soccer Club, formally FC Boston-Scorpions. Meals is also the head coach of the club’s 00/99 NPL and 02 NPL teams and does skills training, for U13 to U19 Elite Club National League (ECNL) players.

Prior to joining the Beacons, Meals was the head coach of Division III Eastern Nazarene College (2016). He was also the Operations Director for Scorpions Soccer Club and has served as a coach with the Scorpions since 2013.

Since 2015 Meals 00/99 NPL team has made the Northeast NPL Final Four to see who competes at the NPL National Tournament. Meals also guided his 00/99 NPL team at U16 to a 26-3-10 overall record in 2015-16, including a trip to the US Club Soccer State Cup and the NPL Northeast title match.

He currently holds his NSCAA National Diploma (Distinction), Advance National Diploma and USSF "D" National License.

Meals graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Bridgewater State University (2001).

A Chesapeake, Virginia native, Meals played at Greensboro College in Greensboro, North Carolina from 1987-89.
