Brad Urig enters his third year with the TU women's soccer program in 2023-24.

He has over 10 years of experience coaching and training goalkeepers. Before Tiffin he was at Hiram College for their 2020-2021 season. Before Hiram, Brad coached high school at Berea-Midpark and Midview high schools. Brad has also trained goalies at the club level, previously serving as Excalibur’s goalkeeping coach. He recently has been CFC’s coach for the past three years. He is also a current coach at Quick Hands Goalkeeper Training, LLC.
