Brent McGee joined the Colorado School of Mines women’s soccer program as the goalkeeper coach in 2014. Since that time, the Orediggers have gone 122-22-24 overall with and RMAC record of 86-8-10 with five RMAC regular season titles, six RMAC tournament titles and eight NCAA tournament berths with one appearance in the national semifinals.

Under McGee's tutelage, Mines has had four RMAC Goalkeepers of the Year (Jayln Yates in 2014, Sam Zumbro in 2016, Shannon Mooney in 2019, and Sierra Roth in 2021), with all four being selected all-region with Yates a 2014 All-American and Mooney an All-America in 2018. Roth became the first goalkeeper in program history to earn Academic All-America honors in 2021. 

A four-year starter at Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee, McGee currently serves as the Goalkeepr Director for the Colorado Rush. He graduated from LU in 2012, earning a bachelor’s degree in business management and minor in marketing.

McGee resides in Denver.
