Brittany Walker enters her fourth season at Piedmont as an Assistant Athletic Trainer in the fall of 2023. Walker joined the Piedmont staff in the spring of 2021 as an Assistant Athletic Trainer and was promoted in the summer of 2023 to Associate Head Athletic Trainer. 

Over her first three seasons, Walker has primarily worked with the cross country, track and field and women's lacrosse programs.

Walker served as a student athletic trainer for multiple teams during her undergraduate career at Piedmont including baseball, men's and women's soccer and volleyball. She performed the daily duties of prevention, evaluation, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries while also providing medical coverage at practices and contests. 

Walker diversified her undergraduate experience spending time as a medical assistant at Grace Gate Free Healthcare Clinic, Habersham County Primary Care and Benchmark Physical Therapy. She also served as a student athletic trainer at Habersham Central High School during the spring of 2018. 

She was a four-year member of the women's basketball team at Piedmont helping lead the Lady Lions to three straight USA South Tournament Championships and earned all-conference honors twice in her career. 

Walker earned her bachelor of science in athletic training from Piedmont College in 2020.

She is certified through the BOC and licensed as an Athletic Trainer. A member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA), she is also Red Cross BLS and First Aid certified.
