Cheyenna Cook joined the Lock Haven women's soccer program as a graduate assistant prior to the 2023 season.

Native of Bridgewater, N.J., Cook was a five-year standout on the Mount St. Mary's University women's soccer team from 2018-22.

Cook, who was a team captain since her sophomore season, appeared in 65 games and made 44 starts for the Mountaineers.

Cook led the defensive unit in setting school records for the fewest goals against and fewest losses in a full season, and matched the program record for the most shutouts in a full season (2022). Following the 2021-22 school year, Cook was a finalist for NEC Student-Athlete of the Year.

As a freshman, Cook helped the Mountaineers clinch the team's first NEC playoff berth in 21 seasons.

Cook graduated from Mount St. Mary's with a bachelor of science degree in psychology in 2022 before earning a master of science degree in sports management in 2023.
