Chris joined the University of Washington Olympic Strength & Conditioning staff in October 2017. Dresher came to Washington from DePaul University where she served as Assistant Director of Sports Performance. While at DePaul she oversaw the strength and conditioning programs for women’s basketball, volleyball, men’s soccer, and women’s tennis. Prior to DePaul, she spent one year assisting at the University of Florida with a variety of Olympic sports.

Dresher earned a Master’s of Science in Exercise and Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning from The George Washington University in 2010. During her time as a graduate student, she served as an intern with GW strength and conditioning.  Chris earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from The George Washington University in 2007.

Chris is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) through the Collegiate Strength & Conditioning Coaches Association, and is CPR/AED certified.
