Before returning to Saint Leo University, Dris gained experience by coaching and directing at Elite National Youth Clubs, as well as assisting at Eckerd College.

At Tampa Bay United Soccer Club (TBU), Dris served as the Girl's Director of Coaching, overseeing the development of the Girl's Competitive Program. He also mentored and educated others by providing educational courses and content for coaching development. Additionally, he was a Head Coach for their Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) Program, leading his team to national recognition and providing players into the United States Youth National Circuit. While Coaching in the ECNL, Dris represented his club by coaching in the Player Developmental Program. Here he assisted with identifying the top talent in the ECNL. During his tenure at TBU, Dris also served as a Program Director, overseeing all operations for a satellite campus, and building a strong presence and relationship in the Tamp Bay Community.

Dris has a proven track record of success in his coaching career. During his tenure at Eckerd College, he was instrumental in leading the program to its first conference appearance in over a decade. Dris also mentored several players who went on to receive conference accolades, and he instilled a strong sense of community service in the team.

At West Florida Flames Soccer Club, Dris played a vital role in the ECNL program, where he contributed to a variety of areas, including training sessions, game preparation, player communication, and college recruitment. As the Performance, Strength, and Conditioning Coach, he ensured that all teams in the program received top-notch training to improve their skills and maintain their overall health throughout the year. Dris also served as the head coach for the ECNL Developmental program, where he continued to hone his coaching skills and pass on his knowledge to the next generation of players.

Dris is originally from Tampa, Florida, and received his Master of Business Administration from Saint Leo University in 2017. He currently holds a U.S. Soccer Federation "B" License and is actively involved in the youth club circuit. Dris has worked with various youth programs across the country including the Olympic Developmental Program (ODP).
