Ciaran Fadden arrives as an assistant coach and head of set pieces with over 15 years of coaching experience. The UEFA B licenced coach is currently a UEFA A license applicant and therefore things a wealth of qualifications to match his expertise. After many years of working at all levels, from grassroots to League of Ireland in his hometown of Dublin, Ireland, Ciaran moved to Wingate University after successfully winning the all-Ireland National Championships with Maynooth University to match his successful spell at Templeogue College High School, where he won the Dublin Metro League. Ciaran has used his coaching knowledge and experience working with Irish international players to move into the women's game at Wingate University.

"Firstly, I would like to thank Jack for allowing me to coach at this college with a brilliant group of players. Jack has been brilliant for me; without him, I would not be here, and I am forever grateful. I would also like to thank the players and staff, particularly Katie, for accepting me into a tight-knit group. It has been a joy to coach the girls so far and I look forward to seeing how far we can go over the season as I know the team and staff as a collective are here to win championships, which is our number one priority. I certainly have not moved over here in my 30s to compete; I am here to win, which we all believe. Win or lose, we take no days off." said coach Fadden.
