With the conclusion of the 2023 season, Colin Baker is currently in his second offseason with Missouri Western, looking for future Griffon prospects.

2023 SEASON

Under Baker's tutelage, six Griffons earned All-MIAA honors in his first season at Western. The Griffons improved from a 5-10-4 record in 2022 to a 5-8-6 mark in 2023. Baker's first season also saw Jaden Skinner and Lauren Nylund win MIAA Athlete of the Week awards, concluding with Skinner making the MIAA All-Tournament Team.

BEFORE MWSU

Before joining Missouri Western, Colin Baker worked as an assistant and interim head coach for men's soccer at Western Oregon, as well as the head coach for women's soccer at Adams State in Colorado. While at Adams, he helped the team achieve their first postseason appearance in over a decade, with several players receiving all-conference and academic all-conference honors. 

In 2013, Baker graduated from Southwestern College with a degree in English. He went on to earn his Master of Business Administration in 2021 at Southern New Hampshire University. Baker is currently equipped with a United States Soccer Federation 'B' License, a United States Coaches Premier Diploma and a United States Coaches Goalkeeper Level II Diploma.
