Cory Smith joined the Biola sports medicine staff in advance of the 2018-19 athletic season. He received his BA in Athletic Training from Point Loma in 2014 and completed his MA in Kinesiology from San Jose State in 2017. His athletic training work experience includes time as the athletic trainer at Anacortes High School, a graduate assistant athletic trainer at San Francisco State and an intern athletic trainer at the San Jose Barracuda hockey club.

Cory's primary sport assignments include women's soccer, swim & dive and softball. He also serves as the medical clearance coordinator for Biola Sports Medicine.

Cory enjoys golfing and is a fan of the Anaheim Ducks and North Carolina Tar Heels basketball team.
