Delaney Marier, a 2013 UWRF alumna, joined Falcon women's soccer as an assistant coach in 2023.

Marier is currently the Director of the Girls Academy program for Salvo Soccer Club in Eagan, Minn., as well as a member of the overall club leadership as the Performance Director. She has prior coaching experience at the college, high school, club, and youth level, featuring stints at Carleton College and four years as the head coach of Woodbury Soccer Club.

A two-year defender for the Falcons from 2011-12, she also played at Hanover College and South Carolina State University. She is USSF A/B/C certified and received a 30-under-30 coaching award in 2019-20.
