Bronschidle is in her 10th year as an assistant athletic trainer for Niagara University.

Bronschidle started at Niagara University in 2014 when she was Niagara University’s first full-time club athletic trainer with a dual position as the athletic trainer for the NCAA Division I women’s track and field team. Bronschidle, along with John Spanbauer and John Munro, grew the club athletic trainer position into a very successful dual position shared with Student Affairs and Athletics. She served in this role until 2017 when she moved into her current position covering volleyball, track and field, and softball.

Prior to working at Niagara, Bronschidle worked as a physician extender with Niagara University’s team orthopedic Dr. Frank Schlehr. She was responsible for patient care, including aiding Dr. Schlehr with evaluation and treatment of orthopedic injuries, reviewed MRI and X-ray results with patients, surgical explanations and brace fitting in the clinical setting. She also provided athletic training coverage for Medina and Barker High Schools.

In 2011, she accepted a position at Salisbury University as a graduate assistant where she was a teaching assistant and athletic trainer. She was responsible for the men’s and women’s swim teams, facilitated the out of season rehabilitations, and taught athletic training classes. She graduated with a Masters of Science with a concentration in applied health and physiology. Bronschidle graduated from Canisius College with her Bachelors of Science degree in athletic training.

Bronschidle is a member of the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA), the New York State Athletic Trainers Association and the Eastern Athletic Trainers Association. She earned her NATA certification and New York State Certification in 2011. She is a certified by American Red Cross in Frist aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer.
