Donna Fishter is consulting for Eastern Kentucky University soccer, softball and volleyball as their Leadership Coach & Team Architect. Donna’s primary role is building a strong team culture & providing leadership training. She also provides assistance in player development strategies and focuses on coaching our coaches!

In today's society it is the coach that has the greatest impact in an athlete's life. This is why Donna is so passionate about educating coaches on how to connect better with players and build mentally and emotionally strong athletes. This intrinsic focus filters into how a team’s culture functions. Donna teaches that the beliefs and behaviors of players can be mobilized in such a way to create increased ownership in the team. In the end, this is a competitive advantage.

Donna coached soccer for over 20 years at all levels, from youth to the college game. She stepped out of the x's and o's so that she could focus entirely on leadership training and culture development for coaches, teams, and athletes across the country.

This intense focus on the intangible side of the game began at what she now calls her "laboratory,” the University of Central Florida (UCF). Donna spent 13 years at UCF coaching with World Cup Champion and Olympian Amanda Cromwell. Donna was the catalyst to the leadership development program and was the architect behind the team culture that moved UCF from #145 (NCAA RPI final ranking) in 2000 to a consistently recognized Top 25 program by 2007. Donna left with a career record of 187-77-25, eight Conference Championship Titles and ten NCAA Post-Season Appearances.

Donna mentors coaches & athletes at all levels and consults for NCAA collegiate teams in several different sports. Donna has programs consistently compete in post-seasons including…one National Champion and two Runner-Up National Champions.

Donna is a certified Leadership Coach with the John Maxwell Coaching Team. "John C.
