Offreda was named Gallaudet's fifth women's soccer head coach on August 6, 2014. She served four years as an assistant coach from 2010-13 for the Bison women's soccer program.

Offreda was elevated to the department's Senior Woman Administrator during the 2018-19 school year. Offreda is the athletic department's Title IX Coordinator, a post she was appointed to in Spring 2015. She served as the department's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) Advisor for four years.

In her debut season she led the Bison to a 3-14 record and 2-10 record in North Eastern Athletic Conference play. Offreda and the Bison won her first collegiate game as a head coach as GU downed Trinity (D.C.), 2-1, at Hotchkiss Field on Aug. 29, 2014. Gallaudet's biggest win of the season came vs. St. Elizabeth (Oct. 18) with an eight-goal victory, 9-1. It was the first time since 2005 that the Bison netted nine goals in a game.

Offreda played one season of women’s soccer at Fairleigh Dickinson University (Division I) in the fall of 2006 before transferring to Montclair State University (Division III). The midfielder/forward was a two-time all-conference selection (2008, ’09) which includes a second team All-New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) selection in 2009. She played three seasons at Montclair where she scored 13 goals, seven assists in 51 games played.

Offreda graduated cum laude from Montclair State in 2010 with a bachelor of arts in English Education. She furthered her education at Gallaudet where she earned a master of arts in Deaf Education in May 2012. She earned her doctorate degree in Education at Northeastern University in May 2018.

Offreda has played on four USA Deaf Women’s Soccer National Teams where she has helped the team win gold medals at the Deaflympics (2009, '13) and the Deaf World Cup in 2012, '16.

She served as a middle school English teacher at the Laurent Clerc National Deaf Education Center/Kendall Demonstration Elementary School for three years prior to becoming the head women's soccer coach at Gallaudet.

She currently resides in Washington, D.C., with her shetland sheepdog, Baggio, who is named after the Italian soccer legend Roberto Baggio.
