Drew Doxsie is in his fifth year as a Director of Operations at Washington, working with the gymnastics and women's soccer programs.

Doxsie has provided operational assistance to UW gymnastics since becoming a full time staff member in 2020 and is in his second year as a member of the women's soccer staff. Doxsie previously worked with the Husky men's and women's tennis staffs for three years.

Originally from Issaquah, Washington, Drew received his B.A. in Business Management with double minors in Sports Management and Economics from Linfield University in 2017. Drew went on to earn his M.Ed. in Intercollegiate Athletic Leadership: Administration from the University of Washington in 2019.

While earning his master’s, Drew was a graduate assistant in the UW athletic department where he worked in Olympic Sports Operations, assisting the men’s and women’s golf, soccer, rowing, tennis, and track & field programs.

Drew was also a student-athlete at Linfield University where he competed in javelin for the track & field team from 2013-2017. In addition to his academic and athletic experience, he was involved in Linfield’s Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), coached 15U baseball for five years, and worked two seasons with the Walla Walla Sweets Baseball Club of the West Coast League (2nd year as the Manager of Operations & Corporate Partnership).
