Elliot Slenk has been a member of the Hope College Women's Soccer coaching staff since the 2012 season. He became associate head coach prior to the 2019 season. Along with coaching at Hope, Slenk currently serves as the head coach of the Holland Christian varsity girls soccer team.

Prior to coming to Hope, Slenk spent four years as the assistant coach for the Holland Christian boys varsity team helping them to a district and regional championship along with a state semifinal finish in 2008.  Slenk has led the Holland Christian girls program since 2012.  He coached them to district championships and regional final runner-up finishes in both 2012 and 2015. In 2017, the Maroons won both the District and Regional Championships on their way to a state semifinal finish.

Slenk graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2009 with a bachelor of arts degree in education, majoring in art and design.Slenk, holder of a National Soccer Coaches Association of America National Diploma, resides in Holland with his wife Jamie ('12).
