Emma Voelker joined the Detroit Mercy women's soccer staff as a Volunteer Assistant Coach in February 2023.

Voelker serves as the Program Director of the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) Regional League at Liverpool International Academy and is also a coach primarily working with high school players at multiple levels.

Voelker was a four-year student-athlete on the women's soccer team at Oakland from 2015-18 recording two goals and two assists for a total of six points and was one of the few players in program history to play in all 78 games across a four-year span. She also helped the Golden Grizzlies claim the 2015 Horizon League Tournament title to earn an NCAA Tournament birth during her freshman campaign.

Prior to Oakland, Voelker attended Walled Lake Northern High School where she was a three-time All-District Team selection, two-time Kensington Lakes Activities Association (KLAA) selection, as well as an All-County, All-Regional, and All-State selection.

Voelker earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Graphic Design from Oakland in 2019.
