Giovanni Giuga joined the LIU women's progam as an assistant coach in August 2022.

An LIU alum, he earned a master's degree in criminal justice from the school in 2010.

Giuga, a Long Island native, is the former head coach/team lead of the NYCFC girls development teams in the Westchester/Connecticut region.

He played collegiately at Nassau Community College.
