Hannah Bernick was announced as the Director of Operations for the Maryland women's soccer program on April 22, 2024. In this position, Bernick will plan and coordinate all aspects of team travel for away contests. This includes creating travel itineraries and executing hotel, flight, bus, dining, and other logistical needs.
Before coming to Maryland, Bernick was an Athletic Events Graduate Assistant at Florida State University. In this role, Bernick aided in planning home soccer matches for FSU and NCAA Tournament matches. Bernick oversaw game operations and coordinated with visiting teams and game officials. Before this role, Bernick was a Soccer Operations Assistant for the Orlando Pride of the NWSL. In this role Bernick assisted with team administrative and operational tasks including team travel, team logistics, player support,
and budgets. Bernick also worked as a Soccer Operations Associate at Florida State. As the Soccer Operations Associate at Florida State, Bernick assisted with creating flight plans, planning camps, created team menus, planned hotels, and booked transportation.

Bernick received her B.S. in Sports Management with a Minor in Hospitality Management at Florida State University in 2022. Bernick received her M.S. in Sports Management from Florida State University in 2024.
