After graduating from USF in the fall of 2016, Reinman was promoted to director of operations, beginning with the 2017 season. Reinman oversaw team travel, game operations and equipment for the baseball teams. He was also responsible for correspondence and relations with alumni, former players and program supporters. Reinman furthered his role with all video scouting and oversaw the student managers. Besides his work with the team, Reinman also assisted with hitting academies throughout the year, summer youth camps and high school showcases.
Following two seasons as director of operations for the USF baseball program, Reinman joined the USF Athletics event management staff as an assistant director of events in August 2018. Reinman was the primary point of contact for women's soccer, softball, cross country and track & field and men's basketball. Those projects included: tennis facility enhancements, volleyball coach’s office renovation, football locker room enhancement, Lee Roy Selmon office furniture replacement and the creation of the ESPN control room.
After a short stint as an associate director of event management, Reinman was promoted to director of event management. In this new role, Reinman became the primary game administrator for the men’s and women’s basketball programs as well as the men’s and women’s tennis programs and continued being the primary for cross country and track and field programs. He was also elevated to the secondary game administrator for football games and the primary tournament director for men’s and women’s golf. In this role, Reinman began overseeing the budget for the Event Management department and began oversight of two full-time staff members. He also began oversight of all external events, camps and clinics, which includes coordination of schedules, contract execution, and billing for these events.
In September of 2022, Reinman was promoted to the role of assistant athletic director of event management. He continues to oversee gameday operations for men’s and women’s basketball, tournament director for men’s and women’s golf, and track and field. In this new role, Reinman will begin seeing gameday operations for the newly added women’s lacrosse program. Other new responsibilities include the development of a gameday worker training program for the department, along with being included in the first cohort of the Sport Administrator Academy in USF history.
