Jack Faulkner joined the USF compliance staff as an Assistant Director of Compliance in January 2023. He serves as the secondary compliance liaison for men’s basketball, women’s basketball, men’s soccer, women’s soccer, and men’s golf.

Prior to USF, Jack served as the Director of Compliance for Stephen F. Austin State University. While at SFA, Jack was the primary compliance liaison for all varsity sports. Jack also served as the Compliance Coordinator for Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi, where he was the primary compliance contact for men’s basketball, track & field, and women’s golf. While Jack was a student, he completed internships with Marquette University Athletics, the National Sports Law Institute, and NCAA Enforcement.

Jack is a member of NAAC and is a licensed attorney with the Wisconsin bar.

Jack graduated from Mercer University with a master’s degree in Business Administration, and bachelor’s degrees in Sports Business Management and Music. He also earned his Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School (L’20), where he received a Sports Law Certificate from the National Sports Law Institute and awarded the 2020 Joseph E. O’Neill Prize for Student Writing.

He is a Savannah, GA native and currently resides in Tampa, FL.
