Jodi Clugston-Voss enters her second season as an assistant coach at Ursinus College. Clugston-Voss will oversee the goalkeepers in addition to other coaching duties.

In 2022, Clugston-Voss helped guide goalkeeper Kaela Frenchman to All-Centennial honors while setting single-season program records for save percentage and goals against average. The team finished 7-6-4 overall, which were the most overall wins for the team since 2018.

Before coming to Ursinus, Clugston-Voss was the goalkeeper coach at Drexel University for two seasons. Clugston-Voss was a head coach at Chowan University in Murfreesboro, N.C. She previously served as an assistant coach at Lamar and was an undergraduate coach at the University of Virginia. Clugston-Voss, who graduated from Virginia in 2006, played for two seasons in goal for the Cavaliers in goal before suffering an injury which would prematurely end her playing career. She made 23 starting assignments and in her final year of competition, Clugston-Voss's team advanced to the NCAA Quarterfinals. In her 12 starts in 2001, UVA was 10-1-1. She graduated with a 1.19 goals against average, 72 career saves and is still tied for eighth all-time at the school in career shutouts.

Clugston-Voss, a native of Red Hill, Pa., played at Upper Perkiomen High School. She was a NSCAA and Parade All-American during her high school career and was also a member of the United States U-16 and U-18 National Team. She resides in Collegeville with her wife Jennifer and daughters, Hannah and Harlow.
